1. Sasa plamata leaf 40% (Korean)

Jeju sasa palmata leaf is special endemic species that only grows in Jeju Island. It grows on the beautiful hillside of Hanra Mountain with spectacular views. 

With widely known effects of bamboo leaves with Jeju sasa palmata leaf's specialty, currently there is an ongoing R&D on Jeju sasa palmata leaf's functional aspects in depth. 

IDO carefully collects Jeju sasa palmata leaves one by one with hands, which grows slightly shorter than men, washes and cuts them for use. 

We have gained the spotlights of the world by developing first fermented Jeju sasa palmata leaf tea. Now at the IDO's tea therapy R&D center, we are keep developing its recipe, focusing on Jeju sasa palmata leaf's functional changes & changes in taste after fermentation. 

Bamboo leaf's own raw smell & rough taste of its protective leaf skin reborns as soft and elegant fermented tea with IDO's special fermentation process.

2. GreenBrier Root 30% (Korean) 

Greenbrier is also called as Smilacis Rhizoma.

This plant grows in the mountains of Korea and the plant has beautiful red color berries. The tea uses root of greenbrier as an ingredient.

Traditionally, it has been widely used for detoxification, and recently, it's been gaining recognition for problem-solving ingredient against various environmental pollution problems.

It's root has smooth and soft flavor, but it is hard to extract effective components without fermentation due to its complicated structure.

Greenbrier has rich alginic acid and saponin, which allows it to stand effectively against yellow dues that contains heavy metal. 

This also reborns with IDO's special fermentation process, as soft and elegant fermented tea. 

3. Thangerine Peel 20% (Korean, Organic)

Only Jeju Island's organically grown tangerine peel is used.

On it's peel, it contains more components than pulps. It is widely known for accelerating digestion and cleaning the waste in body. There are tons of eastern and western researches that already proving tangerine peel's potential.
 
IDO was verified it's anti-obesity effect through joint research and development with Daegu Oriental Medicine University. Traditionally, aged tangerine peel is known as more effective. Moreover, IDO’s fermentation process allows aged dried tangerine peel’s advantage while microbial enzyme process makes its components be more smoothly absorbed to human body.
 
Normally, people just dry and boil it to drink it, while IDO’s tangerine peels goes through fermentation and aging process just like other medicinal ingredients. Therefore, although when it's brewed in coffee maker, it has strong tangerine scent and can becomes new fermented tea that can be enjoyed by anyone.

4. Kudzu Root 10% (Korean)

Kudzu is called as the root of an arrowroot.

Wise ancestors has already assumed the Kudzu's effect by observing it's vine powerfully drilling through barren soil.

The overgrowing shape of entangled kudzu vine reminds complicated human blood vessel. 

Kudzu is known for its high vegetable estrogens, and already there are numerous researches that it has effective hang over relieving components.
   
Good effect of kudzu root is well known so people used to drink it as juice by squeezing roots. However, if it is processed with IDO's fermentation, it's starch component is emphasized and good components are turned into lower class particles that brightens its good soft taste and effects.

Fermented kudzu tea can be drank like soda which kids can enjoy, since it has reborn as soft and sweet fermented tea through IDO’s one fermentation process.
